ANNOUNCEMENT
After completing our first year of residency projects (2024 JULY, 2024 WINTER, 2025 SPRING, 2025 SUMMER), we spent the later half of 2025 taking time to reflect on how we have done and how we can do better. We took a hard look at the internal working structures of YAHAHA, and clarified for ourselves our core motivations and goals. We came to the difficult decision to resume our typical residency programming earliest in the future of 2027. This will give us some time in 2026 to test and shift things both internally and externally, all with the intention to maintain and grow the YAHAHA community, as well as begin working towards our financial goals of being able to healthily sustain what we do. Although our programming for 2026 will appear different from what we have done, we are confident that its core is still very much the same as what YAHAHA has been doing, and will continue to do, that is, a place for living life and making art together. We hope you offer us patience and an open-mindedness as we prepare to roll out our 2026 programme (and updated website) in the coming weeks. YAHAHA! See you soon!

在完成我們第一年的駐村計畫之後（2024 七月、2024 冬、2025 春、2025 夏），我們在 2025 年下半年花了一段時間回顧我們目前為止的成果，以及哪些地方可以做得更好。我們仔細檢查了 YAHAHA 內部的工作結構，也重新釐清了我們的核心動機與目標。我們因此做出了一個艱難的決定，最快將於 2027 年恢復我們原本形式的駐村計畫。這將讓我們在 2026 年有時間，在內部與外部進行測試與調整，其目的都是為了維持並拓展 YAHAHA 的社群，同時也開始朝向能夠健康、長期地支撐我們所做之事的財務目標前進。雖然 2026 年的計畫形式會與過去不同，但我們相信，其核心仍然與 YAHAHA 一直以來、以及未來持續會做的事情是一致的，那就是，一個一起生活、一起創作的地方。在接下來幾週內，我們將陸續推出 2026 年的計畫內容（以及更新後的網站），也希望大家能給予我們一些耐心與開放的心態。YAHAHA！很快再見！
